Art Exhibition - October 21st
Today, Sails of Hope held a rare disease-themed art exhibition. The success of this event would not have been possible without the help of all our supporters and the dedicated work of four exceptionally talented artists: Miranda, Oliver, Angela, and Lucy.

In this exhibition, we presented three thought-provoking pieces of art to the public. The first painting, "Irresistible Fate: The Battle of ALS," painted by Oliver, portrays the indomitable spirit of patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The second painting, "Parallel Worlds: Embracing Mental Diversity," by Angela engages the audience in contemplation about mental diversity by depicting dissociative identity disorder/mental illness. Lastly, the third painting, "Fractured Synapse: The ALS Struggle," by Miranda outlines the battle of ALS patients against the degeneration of motor neurons, drawing attention to rare diseases.
These paitings allowed the to gain a deeper understanding of the inner struggles of patients with rare diseases and their unwavering courage. These artworks are now all being auctioned, with all proceeds going to support patients with rare diseases.
